Making a template
To Template an Automation follow these steps.
Click on the Automation you wish to turn into a template
Find and click "Make template"
When you make an Automation and decide to "Template" it, that automation can no longer be edited by you or a downline. So you had better be sure it's what you want lol!
If you have been using an Automation and decide to "Template" it, that Automation is no longer on your list. You will have to create a new Automation and select the template from the dropdown of options to reestablish it as your own Automation.
Templated Automations will not preserve the "services" you used for that automation. For example, if you made an action on that automation that sends an SMS through Dialpad, that portion of the action will need to be reestablished by the downline who decides to use it. Otherwise, the Automation would be assuming that the agent had this service connected and wouldn't know which Dialpad account to use, etc.
