Syncing contacts
Once your account has been authenticated with the CRM, you can push your existing client base over to a phone.com extension address book. Follow these steps.
From the settings page find and click "VoIP Phone" and find phone.com
Click on "Sync contacts".
The system will pull in all clients that have not already been synced with phone.com
Click "Sync" to start the process.
