Report by flag
From the reporting page you can find all contacts that have a flag(s) applied to their profile page.
Go to your Reporting page
In the Report Builder section select "Flag" from the "Filter By" dropdown.
To the right of the filter by, select the flags you want.
Hit "Run Report"
