Managing accounts

From your agency settings page you can manage the subscription details of your downline agents.

Navigate to your agency settings page from within your Agency Platform. Find the "Agent accounts" tab and then click the "Actions" button on any agent row to perform an action.

Here are a few actions that you can take.

Activate Account

If you have invited a downline into the CRM and wish to pay for their subscription you can select this and the billing amount will be applied to your account. Once this takes place their account with be activated.

Cancel Account

If you have been paying for an agents subscription in the system, you can cancel it at any time. This will remove their subscription amount from your billing and mark their account as canceled. The agent will have the opportunity to activate their account again by supplying their own billing method.

Assume Billing

If you have a downline in the system that is paying for their own subscription, you can take over their monthly billing amount. This will cancel their subscription billing and move it under your account. The agent will not have any downtime in account access.
