Choosing a template automation

If you are connected to an Agency in the CRM and that Agency has made and provided some automation templates, you can use these at any time.

  1. Click "New automation"

  2. Where it says "use template automation or create my own" select the template you want to use from the dropdown

  3. Click save.

The Actions associated with this template should populate.

A few things to be aware of...

  1. You might need to edit each action and select a service that should perform the action.

  2. Once you select this template, you cannot edit or add the action, apart from the service you will use.
