Linking existing profiles

Option 1

If you have a two people in your database that should be linked together as a couple, its pretty easy to do that.

  1. Navigate to one of the profiles.

  2. From the "Name and DOB" section find the field that says "Spouse".

  3. Go ahead and start typing in the name of the other person and selected them from the dropdown.

  4. Click "Update".

Option 2

If you have one profile already established in your CRM and want to make a new profile, say for the husband of wife, just click the + button next to the spouse field and it will create a new profile that is automatically linked to this one.
