From the Pending page
If you are on your pending page you can change the status of Policies in the list. There are a few ways to go about this.
One at a time
If you have policies that have already hit their effective date then you can simply click the checkbox in the "Issued" column to turn the policy "Active"
All at once
Alternatively, if you have a lot of policies on your pending page that need to be active you can click the green "Issued" button to perform a batch status change to "Active"
Automatically
Your last option is to have the system automatically change the policy status to "Active" on its effective date. To do this follow these steps.
Click your initials or profile picture at the top right of the screen and click "Settings"
From your settings page, find and click "Pages" from the settings navigation.
Once your are in the "Pages" section, find and "Pending business" section
Change The dropdown to "Automatic" and then click update.
