Authenticating

To connect the CRM to your Outlook account do the following.

  1. Click your initials or profile picture and then click "Settings"

  2. Find and click the "Integrations" tab on the left hand side

  3. Find Outlook and click "Connect your account"

  4. This will take you to the Outlook authorization page where you will enter in your Outlook username and password.

  5. Once you confirm you will be redirected back to the CRM and your Outlook should say "Connected"
