Authenticating and Setup

To connect your phone.com account via oAuth follow these simple steps.

  1. Navigate to your setting page and find the "VoIP Phone" tab on the left

  2. Find Phone.com from the list of VoIP providers and click "Connect your account".

  3. This will redirect you to a Phone.com login page where you will authenticate your account.

  4. Once you authenticate you will be successfully redirected back to MPCRM

  5. A popup will display the available extensions and phone numbers that are inside your phone.com account. Go ahead and pick the extensions and phone numbers you want to use within the CRM. This is necessary for click-to-call functionality.
