ClientPortal Logging

MedicarePro will log all interactions the individual takes on their client portal, including all login attempts.

Viewing Logs

If you need to validate the interaction the individual had while in their portal, follow these steps.

  1. Navigate to that individuals profile page

  2. Click the "Notes & Logs" icon on the left-hand side

  3. Click "Other logs" from the logs section.

Debugging failed logins

If an individual has communicated that they are unable to log into their ClientPortal you can easily see what password they are using so you can help them out.

  1. Navigate to the individual profile page

  2. Click the "Notes & Logs" icon on the left-hand side

  3. Click "Other logs"

  4. You can see the log item: "FAILED portal login using password: xxxxx"
