What the client experiences
The ClientPortal (if not a NEW lead portal) will prompt the individual with a login screen to get started. The password is the individuals last name and DOB, all lowercase (smith01231956).
Once the client successfully logs into their portal they will be met with either the default greeting or custom greeting if you have set that up.
The individual will be taken through all the data sections that you have enabled for this portal version.
The individual is required to confirm the accuracy of all data sections before continuing to the next section.
The individual can update or add information to each section as they see fit.
