Click-to-call
After you have successfully authenticated your phone.com account and have selected your desired extensions and phone numbers you wish to use from within the CRM you can make outbound call right from the CRM.
Anywhere you see a phone number in the system, you can click it and it will initiate the call.
How it works.
Once you click a phone number you will be able to select which extension and phone number you wish to dial out from. You can save this selection for future use if you want.
Phone.com will place an outbound call to your phone.com account
Once you answer that call, it will then place another outbound call to to phone number you clicked. When the recipient answered the call, the two will be merged together.
