Mini-profile inside of Flows

In an attempt to make the Flows page a self contained "workspace" we developed a "mini-profile". The mini-profile will pop out from the right hand side whenever you click on an individual inside a Flow stage.

The mini-profile gives you relevant data about the individual like contact info, policy info, notes, logs and lots more.

The mini-profile also comes with a brand new SMS interface for your connected VoIP phone making for an intuitive messaging experience.
