Ending a contacts Flow journey

There are a few ways you can handle this

1. You can make a Flow stage and name it "Completed" or "Done" and simply move individuals into this stage when there is nothing else that needs to be done or

2. Once the person has completes the last stage you can simply "Close" their Flow journey in that stage.

Regardless of the style you go with, all history of the individuals Flow journey is preserved and accessible from their profile page.
