What are Flows?
Flows are a modern take on the classic Kanban-style organization board, built to help you manage people through repeatable processes—without losing track of what’s next.
Instead of juggling spreadsheets, sticky notes, or scattered lists, Flows give you a clear visual system for organizing individuals into logical stages (or “cadences”) that match how you actually work. All you have to do is drag and drop.
Flows is currently in Beta, email support@medicareprocrm.com if you want to include flows in your CRM. Flows will be a site wide feature soon tho.
What can Flows be used for?
Flows are flexible by design. You can use them for just about anything that involves moving individuals through a sequence of steps, such as:
Sales pipelines
Track prospects from New Lead → Contacted → Quoted → Enrolled.AEP client tracking
Stay organized during busy seasons by moving clients through stages like Needs Review → Plan Options Sent → Ready to Enroll → Completed.Ongoing client service workflows
Handle service requests in a structured way (e.g., Requested → In Progress → Waiting on Client → Resolved).Any custom cadence your team uses
If you have a process, you can build a Flow around it.
How Flows work
A Flow is made up of stages (columns). You add individuals to the Flow, then move them through stages as progress happens.
This makes it easy to answer questions like:
Who needs attention today?
What stage is this person currently in?
What’s the next action I should take?
How many individuals are in each stage right now?
Flows are designed to be simple to use day-to-day, while still giving you enough structure to run consistent processes across your team.
Why use Flows?
Flows are ideal when you want:
A clear, visual way to track progress
Consistency across repeatable processes
Less mental overhead—no guessing who needs what next
A system that scales from individual use to team workflows
Automation-ready organization
