How AI Suggestions work

Edited

Currently, AI suggestions are compiled from AI call summaries generated by integrated VoIP vendors.

When you complete a call through your integrated VoIP vendor, that vendor will send MPCRM a payload containing a summary and "next steps" based on the content of the call.

MPCRM takes those next steps and presents them to you as "AI Suggestions".

Currently, you can take an AI Suggestion and convert it to an Activity, Alert, or an appointment.

For example, you just finished a call with a prospect named David. MPCRM gets the AI call summary data and it shows the next steps as:

  1. Look up a few providers.

  2. David wants to meet on the 1st.

MPCRM will present those two items to you and you would categorize the first one as an activity and the second as an appointment.

IMPORTANT: This feature is currently only available for users with OpenPhone (Quo) integrations.

ROADMAP: Dialpad, Zoom Phone, and RingCentral will be supported in version 2.
