Q: Does the integration transfer drugs, providers, and pharmacies from the CRM to HSFM?

A: Unfortunately, the current version of this integration only supports the passing of contact information such as name, DOB, phone, email, address, MBI, and medicaid data.

Q: Will this integration allow me to enroll in ACA?

A: No, this integration is specific to HealthSherpa for Medicare only.

Q: What if I have a bunch of contacts already loaded in HSFM, will transferring a client over make a duplicate?

A: Yes, that is a possibility as we don't have the unique identifier for that person in HS. Once you initiate a sync from the CRM we store the unique identifier so duplicates are never made.

Q: When will I be able to transfer drug, pharmacy, and provider data?

A: Both teams are working diligently to make this a reality and are planning on a mid-AEP 2026 or December 2026 release date.

Q: Will HealthSherpa Medicare send the enrollment data back to my CRM?

A: At the moment, no. This is another feature both teams are working to accomplish.

Q: Can I do a bulk transfer of my clients from the CRM to HealthSherpa Medicare?

A: At the moment, no. All transfers of data are done by clicking the enroll button on the contacts profile page.

Q: If I edit a contact in the CRM is that data automatically updated in HealthSherpa Medicare?

A: At the moment, no. The contact on HealthSherpa only updates when you click the enroll button.
