Connecting HealthSherpa Medicare

1. Log into your HealthSherpa for Medicare account

2. Click "Integrations" on the left hand side

3. Locate the ParterAPI section at the top and click the copy button on the API Key area.

If you have an Agency account in MedicarePRO and want to enable this connection for you and your downline agents please follow these steps.

1. Navigate to your Agency Platform.

2. Go to the Agency settings page.

3. Find and click the "Enrollment" tab.

4. Find HealthSherpa Medicare and click "Connect".

5. A pop-up module will now ask you to paste your HealthSherpa API Key that you obtained above. Follow this guide to learn how to obtain your HealthSherpa API Key.

6. Once connected you can now enable broker access to the right. IMPORTANT: you must also have their HealthSherpa username (email)

If you are a single agent in MedicarePRO and not affiliated with any upline agency please follow these steps.

1. Navigate to your settings page

2. Find and click the "Integration" tab

3. Find HealthSherpa Medicare and click "Connect"

4. A pop-up module will now ask you to paste your HealthSherpa API Key and also to enter your HealthSherpa Username (email). Follow this guide to learn how to obtain your HealthSherpa API Key.

5. Click "Save" and you should be all set.
