Q: Does the integration transfer drugs, providers, and pharmacies from the CRM to PCEA?

A: Unfortunately, Connecture does not support the passing of that data for their PCEA product at this time. We are hoping for this to become available in Q1 of 2026.

Q: What data can be transfered from the CRM?

A: Only application data can be transfered from the CRM to PCEA at this time.

A: The application information and information about the plan you enrolled the member in

Q: When does data get transfered to the CRM from PCEA?

A: The transfer of data ONLY occurs after you do an enrollment on PCEA

Q: Can I sync all my contacts from the CRM to PCEA in bulk?

A: No, Connecture currently doesn't support that type of bulk operation. Profile must be synced over one-by-one by clicking the "Enroll-DRX" button from the profile.

Q: Do we get SOA data from PCEA?

A: No, Connecture currently doesn't send that type of data.

Q: How do I get Rx, pharmacies, and providers into PCEA?

A: Your best route is to use RetireFlo, as that comes with your PCEA subscription to collect all that data. At that point and if you have RetireFlo integrated with the CRM, that information will be sent to both places.

Q: Will duplicates accounts be made when I sync from the CRM to PCEA?

1. If you made a profile In PCEA and also in the CRM independently of the integration, PCEA and the CRM don' know that the other profile exists. When we transfer a profile to PCEA we look to see if this profile "came from PCEA". If so, we attach a unique identifier that PCEA will recognize and it should prevent a duplicate from being created on PCEA.

2.If the profile on the CRM is also in PCEA and and we can't identify that the profile in the CRM "came from PCEA" then it will create a duplicate account in PCEA.

Q: Will duplicates accounts be made when I sync PCEA to the CRM?

1. If you made the profile on PCEA by clicking the "Enroll-DRX" button then the profile on PCEA already has the "unique" identifier on file. When they send the profile to us after the enrollment, that unique identifier lets us know which profile to load the data to.

2. If you made the profile directly on PCEA and there is no corresponding profile in the CRM then we will made a new profile.

3. If the profile was made directly on PCEA and there is also a profile in the CRM we will try to find that profile in your CRM by using the first name, last name, and DOB from the data we receive from PCEA to find a match.
