Keeping track of plan reviews during AEP

Edited

Medicare pro has a neat feature that allows you to keep track of the people you have taken care of during AEP and also see those people who you havn't.

From October-March there will be an exclamation mark above the name on a profile page if this person has not been reviewed. If you click this it will turn into a green badge showing that you reviewed the member for the most relevant plan year. You can click it again to turn it back to "not reviewed".

MedicarePro will automatically enable this on a profile page if you add an Active or Pending policy to that profile within the time frame above.

To see those members that you havn't reviewed, go to your Reporting page and run a report for "Active Clients" then click the "Include" button near the purple "Actions" button and apply "Plan Year Review". You will see in the results a column that shows you people who have been reviewed for the relevant plan year and those that havn't.

You can then sort that column by clicking the header cell to bring all the people you still need to reach out to to the top.
