Steps to Connect Your Intulse Account

Accessing the Settings Page

Begin by navigating to your settings page. This is where you will find various options to customize your account.

Connecting to Intulse

Once you are in the VoIP Phone section, locate the option for Intulse and click on the button labeled "Connect your account."

Generating a Personal Access Token

After clicking "Connect your account," a personal access token will be generated. This token is essential for Intulse to validate your account and establish the connection.

Logging into Your Intulse Account

Next, you need to log into your Intulse account and follow these steps:

  1. Select the More tab in the menu.

  2. Select MedicarePRO from the More menu.

  3. Under the User Settings section, paste your MedicarePRO access token into the appropriate field.
