This document provides a step-by-step guide on how to integrate your GoTo Connect phone account with MedicarePro. Follow the instructions below to ensure a seamless connection between the two platforms.

Steps to Integrate GoTo Connect with MedicarePro

To successfully integrate your GoTo Connect phone account into MedicarePro, please follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to your settings page and click the "VoIP Phone" tab on the left-hand side.

  2. Find GoTo from the list of VoIP providers and click "Connect my account."

  3. This action will redirect you to GoTo, where you will need to authenticate your account.

  4. Once your account has been successfully authenticated, you will be redirected back to MedicarePro.

Important Note

Currently, GoTo Connect does not provide a method for MedicarePro to pull call recording data. As a result, any call recordings will remain in your GoTo Connect account.
