Transferring CRM data to Connecture
This document provides a step-by-step guide on how to utilize the Connecture integration within the MedicarePRO CRM. Once your agency has granted you access, you can seamlessly send client or prospect data to Connecture by following the outlined procedures.
Steps to Send Data to Connecture
To initiate the process of sending client or prospect data to Connecture, please follow these steps:
1. Navigate to a Profile Page
Begin by accessing a profile page within your MedicarePRO CRM.
2. Locate the Enroll Button
Find the green "Enroll-DRX" button located near the top right corner of the page.
3. Click the Enroll Button
Click on the enroll button to proceed.
4. Submit Your Login Credentials
You will be redirected to a Single Sign-On (SSO) login page. Here, you will need to enter your MedicarePRO CRM username and password. Please note that you may be prompted to log in again after a period of inactivity.
5. Return to the Profile Page
After successfully submitting your login details, the page will automatically navigate back to the profile page.
6. Continue to Connecture
At this point, everything should be set up correctly. You will see a pop-up notification along with a button to continue to Connecture. Click this button to proceed.
7. Data Transfer and Login
This action will send the data to Connecture and automatically log you into their system.
8. Access the Beneficiary's Connecture Profile
You will be directed to the beneficiary's new Connecture profile page.
9. Enrollment Completion
Once an enrollment is completed on Connecture, all profile and plan data will be returned to the profile in the CRM. Any new data, including policy information, will be added to the existing profile.
