Accessing Email Communication
To manage email communications for any client or prospect, follow the steps outlined below:
Step 1: Open the Email Inbox
From any client or prospect profile page, locate and click on the envelope icon in the left side navigation. This action will open your email inbox specifically for that individual, displaying all sent and received emails.
Step 2: Reading and Replying to Emails
Once your email inbox is open, you can:
Click on any email thread to read the message and reply as necessary.
Click on the "New Email" button to compose and send a new email.
Step 3: Managing Email Attachments
If a client or prospect sends or replies to an email that includes an attachment, you can easily manage this by clicking on the attachment. This will allow you to download the file directly to the client profile in the "Documents" section, ensuring that all relevant information is stored in one place.
