Steps to Send SMS
To send an SMS to a client, please follow these steps:
1. Access the Client Profile
From the profile page of the client, locate the "Actions" button.
2. Select the SMS Option
Click on "Actions" and then select "Send SMS" from the dropdown menu.
3. Choose the Phone Number
If the client has multiple phone numbers associated with their account, you will need to select the appropriate phone number to which you wish to send the SMS.
4. Select the Sending Number
Next, choose the phone.com phone number and extension that you want to use for sending the message.
5. Draft and Send Your Message
Compose your message in the provided text box and click "Send" to deliver your SMS to the client.
