Connecting Phone.com to an agency account
This document provides a step-by-step guide for agencies within MPCRM to connect their accounts to Phone.com. If your upline agency offers access to a phone number through Phone.com, follow the instructions below to get started.
Getting Started
To connect your agency account to Phone.com, please follow these simple steps:
Step 1: Access the VoIP Phone Settings
From the settings page, locate and click on "VoIP Phone" from the left-hand side menu.
Step 2: Connect Your Agency Account
Find the option for Phone.com and click on "Connect your agency account."
Step 3: Select Your Account
A dropdown menu will appear, displaying the accounts associated with your agency. Please select your account from this list.
Step 4: Choose Your Extension and Phone Number
Once you have selected the correct account, a list of available extensions and phone numbers will be displayed. Please select your desired extension and phone number, then click "Save."
Completion
You are all set! Your agency account is now connected to Phone.com, and you can begin using your phone number.
