Connecting Phone.com to a single account
This document provides a step-by-step guide for users who do not utilize a Phone.com phone number through their agency. By following these instructions, you can successfully connect your Phone.com account to MedicarePro CRM (MPCRM) using oAuth.
Steps to Connect Your Phone.com Account
To connect your Phone.com account via oAuth, please follow these simple steps:
Navigate to your settings page and locate the "VoIP Phone" tab on the left side of the screen.
Find Phone.com from the list of VoIP providers and click on "Connect your account."
This action will redirect you to the Phone.com login page, where you will need to authenticate your account.
Once you have successfully authenticated, you will be redirected back to MPCRM.
A popup will appear displaying the available extensions and phone numbers associated with your Phone.com account. Select the extensions and phone numbers you wish to use within the CRM. This selection is essential for enabling click-to-call functionality.
