Importing SunFire Enrollment reports

This document provides a comprehensive guide on how to upload daily or weekly enrollment reports from SunFire into the MedicareProCRM system. By following these steps, you can ensure that all relevant data is accurately populated in your downline agents' CRM profiles.

Overview

When you receive an enrollment report from SunFire, you can easily import it into the MedicareProCRM system. This process allows for the automatic creation or updating of agent profiles based on the enrollment data provided. For instance, if Agent X has three enrollments for the week, importing the report will result in the creation or updating of three profiles, along with the corresponding enrollment data.

Steps to Upload Enrollment Reports

Follow the steps below to successfully upload your enrollment report:

1. Navigate to Your Agency Platform

Begin by accessing your Agency Platform.

2. Access Agency Settings

Once you are in your Agency Platform, click on your initials or profile picture located in the top right corner. From the dropdown menu, select "Agency Settings."

3. Select the Enrollment Tab

In the Agency Settings menu, click on the "Enrollment" tab at the top of the page.

4. Locate SunFire Matrix

Scroll through the options to find the SunFire Matrix section.

5. Upload the Enrollment File

Click the button labeled "Upload Enrollment File." A file selection dialog will appear.

6. Import the File

Select the appropriate file and click "Import." Upon successful import, a CSV file will automatically download, providing you with the outcome of each row processed.

Important Notes

If the system is unable to identify an agent from the uploaded file within the CRM, no data will be inserted for that agent. However, the enrollment data will be retained in a queue. Once the agent registers in the CRM, the data can be backfilled into their profile.
