Community LOA Configuration

In the MedicareProCRM platform, sharing account information with your LOA (Licensed Organization Agent) agents can be streamlined through the Community Sharing feature. This functionality allows you to share all accounts with your LOA agents simultaneously, eliminating the need to share accounts individually. Below are the steps to enable Community Sharing for your LOA agents.

Steps to Enable Community Sharing

To initialize Community Sharing, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the LOA agent with whom you want to share all data.

  2. Click on the "Contact Info" icon located on the left-hand side of the agent's profile page.

  3. Scroll down to the "Other Details" section.

  4. Check the "Community Sharing" checkbox to enable this feature.

Important Note

Once you enable Community Sharing for an agent, they will need to log out and log back in for the changes to take effect. This ensures that the agent has access to all shared accounts immediately after the feature is activated.
