In the context of managing your agency with LOA (Licensed Only Agents) agents, it is essential to understand the ownership of data and the process for sharing accounts. This document outlines the ownership rights of agency principals over data entered into the CRM and provides a step-by-step guide for sharing accounts with LOA agents.
Data Ownership
As the agency principal with LOA agents, you retain 100% ownership of all data entered into the CRM by your downline agents. This ownership ensures that you have complete control over the information and can manage it effectively.
Access Restrictions for LOA Agents
By default, LOA agents can only view profiles of individuals they have entered into their accounts or those profiles that you have explicitly shared with them. This restriction helps maintain the confidentiality and integrity of your agency's data.
Sharing Accounts with LOA Agents
If you need an LOA agent to manage a specific account, you can easily share that account with them by following these steps:
Navigate to the profile page from your "MyBiz" portal.
Click the purple "Actions" button located at the top right corner of the page.
Select "Share" from the dropdown menu.
In the popup window, select the LOA agent you wish to share the account with.
Once you have completed these steps, the selected LOA agent will have the ability to view and edit the shared account, facilitating better management and collaboration within your agency.
