Accessing Agency Settings

To manage the subscription details of your downline agents, begin by navigating to your agency settings page within the Agency Platform. Locate the "Agent accounts" tab, and then click the "Actions" button on any agent row to perform the desired action.

Available Actions

Here are a few actions that you can take regarding your downline agents' accounts:

  • Activate Account

    If you have invited a downline agent into the CRM and wish to pay for their subscription, you can select this option. The billing amount will be applied to your account, and once this process is completed, their account will be activated.

  • Cancel Account

    If you have been covering an agent's subscription in the system, you can cancel it at any time. This action will remove their subscription amount from your billing and mark their account as canceled. The agent will have the opportunity to reactivate their account by providing their own billing method.

  • Assume Billing

    If you have a downline agent who is currently paying for their own subscription, you can take over their monthly billing amount. This will cancel their subscription billing and transfer it under your account, ensuring that the agent experiences no downtime in account access.
