This document provides a step-by-step guide on how to delete a profile in the MedicareProCRM system. It also includes important checks to ensure that you are not inadvertently deleting a necessary account.

Steps to Delete a Profile

To delete a profile, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the profile page of the account you wish to delete.

  2. Locate the purple "Actions" button and click on "Delete profile."

  3. You will be prompted to either set up or input your security PIN to proceed with the deletion.

Verifying Duplicate Profiles

Before proceeding with the deletion, it is crucial to verify that the profile is not a duplicate. Follow these checks:

  • Check the phone numbers associated with the account. Ensure that there is only one preferred phone number listed.

  • Review the email addresses on the account. Confirm that there is only one preferred email address.

  • Examine the addresses linked to the account. Make sure there is only one preferred address for each account holder. Note that spouses can have their own preferred phone numbers or email addresses.

Having multiple preferred items can lead to duplicate entries when generating reports, so it is essential to conduct this verification before deletion.
