Adding a phone number to a profile account

This document provides a step-by-step guide on how to create a new profile in MedicareProCRM, including how to add essential contact information such as phone numbers and email addresses. Following these instructions will ensure that you have all necessary details recorded for effective communication.

Creating a New Profile

When you first create a new profile, you will be prompted by the "Quick Edit" modal to add additional information about the individual. This includes important details such as:

  • Date of birth

  • Phone number

  • Email address

  • Home address

You can choose to fill in this information at the time of profile creation or exit the modal and add these items later.

Accessing the Contact Information Section

To add or edit contact information, ensure you are in the "Contact info" section of the profile. Follow these steps:

  1. Scroll down until you reach the "Contact" section.

  2. Locate and click the + icon at the top right corner of this section.

  3. Select "Add phone" from the dropdown menu.

Adding a New Phone Number

This action will open the "Add New Phone" modal, where you can fill out the necessary details for the new phone number. It is advisable to mark at least one phone number as "preferred" to ensure that it is easily identifiable for future communications.
