Steps to Send Bulk Letters

To successfully send bulk letters, please ensure you follow these steps:

1. Create an Email Template

Before sending bulk letters, it is essential to create an email template. You can do this from the "Templates" section of the Reporting page. Click here to learn how to create an email template.

2. Build Your Recipient List

Navigate to the "Reports & Marketing" section of the Reporting page. Here, you can build a list of recipients using the filters available in the "Report Builder."

3. Initiate the Sending Process

Once you have compiled the list of recipients, locate the purple "Actions" button on the right-hand side of the page and click on it.

4. Select "Send Mail"

From the dropdown menu, select "Send Mail." This action will open a letter send popup that displays all available templates.

5. Choose Your Template

Select the desired template you wish to use for your bulk letters, and then click on the "Preview" button.

6. Preview Your Letters

The preview will show all the letter templates in their rendered format, allowing you to review the content before sending.

7. Print and Send

When you are satisfied with the preview, click the "Print" button. A new window will open, enabling you to finalize the letters and send them to your printer.
