Steps to Change Notification Settings
To modify your notification preferences, please follow the steps outlined below:
Click on your initials or profile picture located at the top right corner of the screen, and then select Settings.
From the settings page, click on Notifications from the left-hand side menu.
In the Notifications section, you can choose your preferred delivery method for notifications.
Current Notification Preferences
The following notification preferences are available for customization:
When a client completes their ClientPortal.
When an individual completes a scope of appointment or consent form.
When a profile alert is triggered.
By adjusting these settings, you can ensure that you receive timely updates relevant to your activities within the system.
