RetireFlo troubleshooting

If you don't see survey submissions flowing into MedicarePRO please follow these steps.

1. Log into RetireFlo

2. Go to your survery submissions page

3. Looks for the most recent submission

4. Is there a MedicarePRO logo on that line?

If not, your integration isn't actually connected

1. Go to the integrations page and connect MedicarePRO.
