Who Can See Which Tasks?

Edited

This article explains who can view tasks (activities) in MedicarePro and how visibility works for agencies, staff members, and agents.

How It Works

You can only see tasks that you are connected to. A task is visible to you if you are a participant on it — as the creator, the person it's assigned to, or a watcher.

If you are an agency, you can also see tasks that are assigned to your agency, your staff members, or your LOA agents.

Filtering by View

When browsing your tasks, you can filter by how you're connected to them:

View

Shows

Assigned to Me

Tasks where you are the assignee

Created by Me

Tasks you created

Watching

Tasks you've been added to as a watcher

All

All tasks you have access to, regardless of your role

Using the Assignee Filter

When you select a person from the assignee dropdown, the list will show only tasks where that person is specifically the assignee. Tasks they created but did not assign to themselves will not appear in this filtered view.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why can't I see my agent's tasks?

Only LOA agents' tasks are visible to agencies. If the agent is not under an LOA with your agency, their tasks will not appear when you filter by their name.

Why am I only seeing some of my staff member's tasks?

The assignee filter shows tasks where the staff member is the assignee. If they created tasks without assigning them to themselves, those tasks won't appear. Try the "All" view to see all tasks you have access to.

Can my agents see my tasks?

No. Visibility is one-way — you can see your (LOA) agents' and staff members' tasks, but they cannot see yours.
